This cohort is quite significant IMO.
4,000mg works out to be roughly 50mg/kg liveweight which has been mentioned several times in Recce presentations as the anticipated effective dose level.
As discussed, dose rate required for treatment success depends on many factors including bacteria species/strain, site of infection (sepsis, kidney infection etc), patient factors. I'm sure dose levels already completed would be of clinical significance.
However, this is the dose cohort I have been looking forward to.
