    So now CIW owns a small accounting/advice firm with $3M in revenue and paid $7M for it? They could buy mid-tier licensee businesses with 100+ advisers and bolt into Madison for not much more than they paid for this small accounting firm with own AFSL and 4 advisers, eg Synchron sale to WT Financial. How is this part of the strategy? Went into a trading halt, to then read about the deal in the AFR night before the ASX announcement was made.How do they compete with others in this space?
