Go back and re-read the minutes etc of the last AGM. We are over half way through to the next AGM - are they going to deliver on all the last AGM promises in the last month before the next AGM or just pretend promises were never given?
Rinse, party and spent SHs cash whilst delivering nothing, repeat.
