Seeing I recently bought into BSA and ATZ, you can imagine my suprise at seeing that both companies featured in Geoff Elliot's "Criterion" column in The Australian newspaper yesterday (Oct 14).
For those who missed it, heres a quick summary.
RE: BSA
Elliot provides a few points relating to a potential deal with WIN TV owner Bruce Gordon, and notes that ex-communications minister Richard Alston has taken up a position with BSA. Quote: "Criterion can't imagine the former senator....joining a small $75 million market-capitalised company unless there was a grander vision to the thing. He has also been issued a million options..."
RE: ATZ
Elliot notes the 17% PA compound return of the company and that, (quote) "Directors have also been big buyers of the stock lately - Doak forked out nearly $200,000 late last month at 42c a share. Usually a good sign."
Well thats one journos take on these stocks. The charts show strength - thats another take on these stocks. I own them, so there is a third take.
If you dont already hold, do your own research to get your own take.
Cheers.
