i just cannot understand this wait, as it is becoming out of norm...

They cant start mining without the right staff and it seems Mancala ( either as an agent or a contractor) are still looking , there is nothing normal about the mining sector at the moment every man and his dog wants to go mining...

At a guess neither the contractor or RVR can sign anything off untill they both know they can fulfill the obigations within the contract, that would include RVR having the ANTIMONY offtake secured . As Mel mentioned from a risk point of veiw both need to be secured and expects both to be announced at much the same time. As is often the case its a waiting game.
