Depending what the eventual ANN says when it comes out, if there is even a hint of any uncertainty of ownership, I see this heading back to 55cents in the short term.
Not sure how many will want to hold an asset that has question marks over ownership in a jurisdiction that may not honour property rights.
If ownership questions are resolved then straight back above $1 IMO.
