    Hi
    I have already made the bpay for the Pro-rata Offer.
    For the Shortfall Offer, can I make a second bpay payment? Or is it too late (as it had to be made with the first bpay)?
    Also if the Shortfall Offer gets scaled back, do I get a refund ?
