Given shortage and cost of labour, materials etc many building companies are looking to pivot and fundamentally transform their business models right now, in an attempt to "future proof" their businesses. They do not do this lightly and also only rarely because the time cost and investment costs are huge. The time to strike is now otherwise the sentiment will fade.
