it wasn’t like that mate, it was more of a board argument that turned sour.
He was a long time CEO and had all the relationships, that’s why the SP tanked, and yes their was some criminal activity linked to his brother that he was involved in, not sure wether charges were ever laid as he had always said he would fight the allegations. Stopped following a few months ago, so not sure the outcome.
