Then neither of you actually understand much outside of the static asset and even then getting it to a market is remiss in your thoughts and comments.
I would not touch Centrex for different reasons, Ammaroo is another example..
It isn't the resource that is the key, it is the ability to monetise it at a reasonable rate and at a level of risk that does not compromise that reasonable rate that is the key. Otherwise it might as well be a tourist photo fest resources.
You two might be better off putting your pennies in a bank savings account as at least the government will guarantee it to $250k.
