Hey mate, I think it is always good to start with being cautious with a new stock and all the points that you have mentioned are fair!
Peter Cook did mention that he is expected to have positive cash flow in the next 12 months. Do watch the quarterly presentations/
Bare in mind that you need to read into a lot of info with NOV to fully understand their in's and out's.
