Repeatedly PC has been delivering whatever he's said. At the time acquisition of RKN, a lot of noise challenging his move and the sp headed south as result. But now, its been demonstrated as a smart move. Not only getting to access 114000 brand new clients, but also significantly benefits NOV cash flow for +/- $8mil. If one was concerned about NOV cashflow or cashburnt before, now should be ease of concern with the new cash. On the other hand, PC has been demonstrated record breaking turn over quarter to quarter. I don't know how many small cap can demonstrate what NOV do. I am hoping the sp can justify this now. Long tern holder have been patiently waiting. From my view, NOV is going to do great with or without the banking license. The sp now is absolutely ridiculous.
