I think that is what they are aiming at, to increase the MRE for one ore processing plant, thus sharing the capex etc.
The mention of 4kms from Paris was intentional, plus the Crux interview a few weeks ago explaining why they are looking at other satalite ore bodies near by to increase the overall resource of silver, plus others.
