Thargor, look at previous ann's. Second and third auctions were announced as individual announcements. 14th of August 2021 and 26th of October 2021. Both ann's were released after hours on the day of the auction.
Assume low end, 5000 tonnes at USD$4000/t every three weeks is near on $350,000,000 pa before costs. That's just from BMX!
