Bro you can 'proffer your opinions' all day if you like but I just don't quite understand how you end up with the 'failings of both the product and management'. What failure has the product had other then satisfy ten's of thousands of daily users. As for management, would you suggest they failed when they secured a $5m government grant which sent the stock up 500%. I know people who sold and purchased properties which subsequently doubled in value. Not bad for a failure of management. As for the directors selling half their shares...good on them. They made a motza & deserved it. None of them have sold a share since despite a once in a lifetime pandemic hitting & halting this business for 1-2 years. Then the complaints about them not buying at these levels...they still own a large amount at or even below these levels. Plus I know for fact the Chairman is a very conservative boomer type, very similar to our man Daffy I'd imagine. I'm calling it bullish they only sold half.

What happened was simple. The stock ran 500%, which was ridiculous, it then naturally cooled off, then the directors sold half and everyone panicked, then covid came and the business got ravaged. Now we've reached a clear turning point with quarterly revenue set to be $1-1.5m in Q1 CY23. Just sit back and relax tiger Painchek is a success, they've commercialised in multiple markets, the stock will come good in due time. As TerribleTadpole rightly mentioned the need for cash before year end and the global macro environment so far this CY have not helped one bit. The downside from here is minimal, and the upside is tremendous. One breakthrough deal (Phillips, Wales/Scotland funding, Infant app partnership etc) and the stock will jump and the CR concern put aside.

If Warren Buffet had retired at 60 like any normal human being he would have walked away with, adjusted for inflation, around $25m. A large sum of money, but for the 'greatest investor of all time' after a lengthy career, not that much. What's my point? Getting a great return on your investment can take years and years. Unless the fundamentals drastically changed in a negative way, Warren isn't selling or complaining. He's buying more. Like Nirmal & I are doing currently.

Lastly, and in all seriousness, I genuinely wish you the least amount of issues possible given your situation and for the longest possible time. I do understand you're probably more in a hurry to see this stock come good then myself & others all things considered. Hang tight bro.
