I think PEN is better value at ~150m EV vs BOE at ~500m EV, but I think replacement value of BOE's infrastructure may be somewhat higher than PEN's. I have 150m in my notes, although book value just 50k in their financials. PEN's book value for plant is about 19m.
Can anyone clarify?
