With a buy price of $2.48 and my holding which was only ever modest reduced to around $3000, I will be voting yes. If the price hadn't dropped to 70c I would have sold out altogether. This company has never looked liked going anywhere and the sooner it is swallowed up by a more competent operation that actually pays a dividend, the better. Talk of the SP falling to 40c if the no votes succeed makes a successful takeover so much more appealing.
