To be eligible to receive 1 WPL share for every 5.534 BHP shares held, it will be based/calculated on number of BHP shares held prior to ex-dividend date Wednesday 25th May.
BHP shares bought after the 25th May (i.e. 26th May) won't qualify/be eligible to receive WPL entitlement.
