One obvious solution the current directors could do to achieve shareholder support
Each stump up 500 K worth of shares to match the challengers holdings
reduce there existing financial gains and place themselves on incentive payments only
This would make it interesting However unlikely to happen
Maybe explain to shareholders the total lack of progress for nearly 16 months
There claiming Caruso has no expertise Hello they sacked Ian Warland who was joint geologist of the year What there suggesting now is a little way too late
If you disagree check the share price
