    @MrStrengths, May be I am missing the point. Just curious, how will consolidation help shareholders? MC will stay the same.

    Currently an increase in SP from 2.5c to 7.5c equates to 200%.

    Say we consolidated 20 to 1. The revised SP will go to 50c. To see a 200% increase the SP will have to rise from 50c to $1.50
