"No one will be jumping in to fund this project this year" - Source? Your brain? Because the resource sector has been the catalyst for economic recovery from practically every recession since the dawn of time.
"I predict first shipment won't be until 2027". Hold on, I thought you said no one would wanna fund this project? How are we starting up in 2027 without any funding? Sort out your arguments, mate.
