No I reckon this is the final ' Shake of the Can ' .... before the Quebec Government reveals any further commitments to the battery metals , critical minerals supply chain , extraction and processing industries. Remember it is a requirement for the Company ( Sayona ) to exhaust ALL private funding avenues before Quebec will typically assist with their own funding options. So I don't think its Quebec quie yet . We also have this fast approacing Quebec election to be called so i dont think they would go early with funding before calling it and starting to get around with their specific campaign agenda and promises.

I could be wrong and they want this out there BEFORE their campaign mode gets in full swings as there are other almost BIGGER issues that Quebec voters will be keen on having discussed......so I guess we'll see which angle prevails.
