Agree, it’s a case of being between a rock and a hard place. I haven’t gone Into the proposal deeply, so my decision will be based on some “frivolous” or other posters best case scenario for following them. I doubt if my meagre holding is going to sway the vote either way. I heard a podcast from CDM Cadence Capital the other day saying that they thought there was value in AGL and why. If u r interested, go to the CDM Website and listen. I did, but can’t remember if they said there was more value by splitting or not. I suppose if we vote AGAINST the merger now, it’s not a case that it can’t be done later…… rather than doing it now and looking back with regret. Just interested in others thoughts, but more importantly, the ramifications of a decision either way. Signed… interested spectator !
