Interestingly, while the residential markets in Sydney and Melbourne (and perhaps elsewhere) are generally declining in price, and may be worse than publicly suggested due to a large percentage of auction results being withheld from the public by agents, there are no such signs from what one reads and hears re commercial and industrial properties like this. (Assuming they're well located).
So BGA may have a lot of interest, and obtain a pleasing price.
