If my memories for movies serves me correctly that “dude” from Falling Down was a dangerous character that continued to pick up different weapons on his journey back “home” to his separated wife. Weapons that he used to eliminate threats and adversaries, until of course he met his match by Robert Duvall on a pier down south.
