That's interesting, thanks for the link, haven't seen it before. Will have a proper read when I get a chance.
Ky Valley is the main supplier for A2M, but that's about as much as I know. I didnt know Norco produced A2 milk - they dont seem to sell it as a retail product so I wonder where it goes. I had a look at the Norco supply agreement and it seems the A2 premium (4c per L) is not much at all (compared to organic - 33c per L, for instance).
