In my opinion the Management Team have done an outstanding amount of work considering the 'nil evidence suspension' by ASX-ASIC and everything else that has been thrown on-the-go by ASX-ASIC.

All in good time @SeabreezeL it is unfortunate that both ASIC & ASX are causing delays....well for their embarrassing shameful reasons imo.

In Court observation, I praise Registrar Gitsham reminders to ASIC & ASX that the clock is ticking ! I believe that Chambers is observing unnecessary delays by ASIC & ASX, time management observed.

Management is certainly moving forward with the demerger distance placed from our corrupt ASX & colluding ASIC.
