i was going to post a flaming resposne to comment on your suggestion of delaying tactics along with the comment "a mining licence can take 3 months" i dont know where in australia you could get a mining lease approved in 3 months! given the amount of legaslative hurdles a company has there is no way you could get a mine approved anywhere in australia in 3 months!
However in light of your recent post saying '"not sure about having enough time left to waiting another 2 or more years", i just want to say i hope your health is ok, the transition from exploration to mining takes time to get the parameters right to ensure the highest profit at the end of the day, many a company has lost money by going mining to early, and not a small number has gone bust. i would rather ba junior ticks all the boxes before the bug money is spent, to ensure the best profit at the end of the road, and i hope your here to see it.
