HUM is currently generating profit as oppose to other BNPLs, it has a fair amount of cash on the balance sheet and generating positive cashflows, paying dividend, half way investing in new markets and products. Why does the Board insisting to sell the Humm consumer to LFS? I want to know how much HUM's board getting as a bonus for selling !! What is it for them recommending shareholders to sell when sentiment of BNPL at it's lowest? What's the rush? Why not looking for other buyer, or at least wait till the sentiment is improved? Why do they recommend to sell? we are not in a financial distress, there's no premium on LFS's offer? Why?? The board's action makes no sense. Are they acting best interest of the shareholders?
