I was reflecting last night on the fact that DW is a very wealthy man who could not run out of "bullets" as some have suggested. indeed, I'm pretty sure he could just buy PNV; and as an extremely successful investment banker, could easily raise funds...
I'm more and more convinced his current nibbling of the shares is very much an early play in his longer game.
