Still very much early days but i get the feeling that more than mining the vanadium, the downstream processing and in particular VRFB sales and electrolyte rental will be a cash cow for AVL. Post installation and commissioning of the VRFB, the rental of electrolyte, for all purposes, will be for the lifetime of the battery. Once sales commence things will get interesting very quickly.
