HUM's BNPL was only started just over a year ago, of course it will be a loss making like most new investments/markets. The same board and CEO whom is on $2 million over salary package, was too slow to capitalised when BNPL was in favour. My question per above, why rush selling the business when it is half pregnant at current market lowest sentiment, without premium on the offer? Look at APX's TO offer this morning, a whopping 50% premium. Understand it's a different industry, however same concept, ie TAKEOVER.
