You can bet most don't even have solar, whether it be for electricity or for that matter hot water.
We have solar roof panels as well which feed the grid and they for the last 5 months have contributed bugger all as far as electricity is concerned i- totally useless and of no benefit what so ever!
This morning the sun came out for a while and pushed the water temperature up to 29C and that'll be the maximum now as it's clouded over again.
If any of Albo's minders read this could you pass it onto the Dumbo!!! But I bet you won't!!!

As a kid, the family home (in the 1980's) had solar HW with a wetback in the wood fired kitchen stove for winter.

Was a great setup for about 15 years.
