Yes the EPA has to respond today / tomorrow but that response will be to VRX. I dare say that any info they post on their websitre could be weeks away. I guess it depends on their repsonse and what VRX thinks of it.
Anyway, time will tell. Not holding my breath anymore - done that far too many times waiting on comms for VRX.
It certainly wouldn't be a trading halt item - IMHO
