The business model breaks whereby they do not have control over their cost base and they do not have strong pricing power. Cashflow is all that matters in a rising rate environment and businesses that don’t know how to make money will be punished severely. Won’t be surprise this will retest the 60cts low in near future given that shareholders are disappointed with the lack of sustainable growth in delivering positive operating cash flows.
