Not much volume so maybe they're getting impatient before the good news Pez mentioned gets released.
Remember if you're a broker and you've been told to pick up say a million dollars worth in a certain price range from a client and your algorithmic (bot) trading isn't getting it done quick enough due to low volumes then you have to shake a little harder.
Just the usual. I heard about someone wanting a seven figure sum into one of the oilers and it took the broker 3 days to get the order filled without upsetting the price too much to the upside.
