If that tranche of shares is, in fact, one Holder; they are playing a very dangerous game.

They must have provided proof to Primary Markets, that they actually hold the ~4m shares they offer up at $4.50.

To then drop the price to $3.50, means they are willing to forsake AUD$ 4,000,000 just to get the sale.

...or are they?
