Concerns over directors selling might just be part of the exaggerated "noise" that goes along with a deep retrace such as this one..yes its an extra bit of crud that we really don't need down here, but the retrace at this stage is still doing all the right things to qualify as a just a deep retrace and not a change in the long term trend..stock price bottoms are always at their ugliest just before the down ward pressure is released..if it gives way to the down side on bad news from here though that's another story.
