Been a bit out of the loop with this one, so apologies in advance if I have this one wrong, but assuming this deal goes ahead, where do we HUM shareholders stand, ie what do we get out of this deal. ??
I read it as, the proceeds to go to shareholders consisting of about 0.3 LFS shares plus a $0.07 cash payment, correct? If so what does this mean for the HUM share price after? Stay's around these levels of about 70c, or goes down a bit/a lot?
Appreciate your opinions.
