ma420: My comments: IF you will look at the 5 year share-price chart of CYP, you will notice that all long-term holders (not the traders, of course) are more or less deep in the red by holding this promising stock.... This in spite of the fact that there was a take-over offer by a Japanese Pharma at A$ 2.00 that was not deemed to be sufficient by CYP's management.
Therefore, I would suspect that most longer-term holders most likely are NOT HAPPY with the following primarily: The management of this company, i.e. a point that "Rossi 70" obviously did not want to comment or elaborate about.

The best thing for CYP shareholders - IMHO - would be indeed that a BIG PHARMA will make a take-over offer (with as "bedger" alludes to from some spare petty cash). This time around the CYP management might somewhat likely be inclined to even contemplate a MUCH lower offer than that A$ 2.00 from a while ago. But hopefully, still around the A$ 1.00 mark perhaps?

Therefore, getting in now at A$ 0.40 looks very cheap.... Unless of course CYP management will just continue to manage and manage on their own....

I would be very, very pleased to finally get out of this stock - even at "only" A$ 1.00. Bring it on !
And am I quite sure that I am not the only long-term holder of CYP with such kind of thoughts..... JIMHO, and of course I could be wrong!
