Below could explain the "negativity" around here from day one of IPO.
Not many shares for investors to buy. It's just that simple.

Regal has dumped a bit & Alpha A/C is out.

So 7% for Regal & no Alpha means Top 20 could be around 60%, give or take a few percentage points.
60% of 138 million SOI = 82.8 million.
138 million - 82.8 million = 55.2 million shares for retail. That's it. Shares follow economic law. Like the laws of physics, they have to be followed. Can you physically be in two places at the same time?
Econ 101 - Supply & demand.
Low supply + high demand = higher price.
Of course, there are many players in the market (investors, day traders, instos, & so forth) & it's not that easy to buy 52.5 million shares. But from reading the anns, all I see is W2V kicking goals. If this path continues, W2V should be in a better position over the years to come. I've got my shares!
How many companies out there could survive another pandemic?

In a world’s first, Way2VAT ASX W2V launches Smart Spend Debit Mastercard to automate VAT:GST return - YouTube
Way2VAT Webinar video Q1FY22 - YouTube
In one of those videos, you'll hear Amos say the monthly charge for the Smart spend debit card is around $10 per card.
5,000 cards x $10 = $50K a month (on top of current revenue), plus admin licence & commission on VAT refund.
10,000 cards?
20,000 cards?
Is everyone seeing the big picture? Think years down the track, everyone in here is so focused on the SP & CR they're not looking at what's in front of them.
Can't see the forest through the trees?
