Simply selling for some cash profit, then pay same cgt this F/Y.

Why wouldn't you start enjoying some profits now.
Have you ever had a big win. It's 45 percent tax.
If you can't pay, the ATO charge you 7.01 percent tax, fact I'm paying it now.
