Works its way down naturally. Over a period of time.... And that period of time being about a split second on open when the sell side is loaded and everyone jumping over each other putting in lower and lower sells to get filled. Though this will happen before the 9th. The 6th is when when you need to be holding ffx to get your LLL.... But could be before the 6th that it happens because of T+2...but not too sure about all that.
