as other posters have noted... stks can remain overbought for ages and even years. it continually amazes me. But mkt much more volatile than previous periods and tends to react faster. I cannot see how WES can continue charging-up with a PE and other fundamentals waaay higher than that of general mkt and other stks in same (retail) sector. Of course WES has coal and insurance and fertiliser in addition to Bunnings and Coles. Big capex in 2010 will also hurt earnings.
