Definitely potentially a double top in play, however combining TA with what's going on in the market more likely scenario is that instead we see a double bottom around here with the 20 cents cap raising price hopefully creating a bit of a price floor.
If not next support level is at 18.5 cents which has been very strong support in the past and would be an amazing buying opportunity unless something fundamentally changed news wise:
