I agree with majority of what you have said, and believe me when I say I'm not at all negative on the whole Kaddy business model.
However the distribution side of Kaddy being the Fulfilment, could well and truly pick up a contract, like the GDA announcement. They should consider this style of arrangement now and for the future. Lets don't forget they picked up Parton's which is a storage distribution business and has been for the past 10+ years. That's exactly what the GDA contract was, with Molson Coors, with excluding the sales side.
I believe we could do the same and offer this style as well. It wouldn't make sense to throw away the whole Parton's business model to chase the Kaddy style model altogether.....
All I'm saying, if this coming quarter, sales haven't lifted dramatically eg: 80-100% from previous quarter then they need to be re-thinking their target audience, or their style of operations, because trying to get 1 billion GMV within Australia and without diluting the share price is going to be a major challenge.

Basically, we need a big deal to come, DT you need to make this happen and fast, before EOFY. Not only for share price stability but for the company and business to continue being a market disruptor.
