Oh my Lucky992, was late after work, posting PEPR is for another company, a graphite stock RNU, which is working on on a PEPR, sorry about my misunderstanding your question, also the reason I didn't answer properly..
The application to begin a mine must accompany an environmental impact plan PEPR showing water use, land use and environmental impact studies, an economic and social benefits strategy which is compatible and beneficial to the region in which the mining operation is situated.
What that involves is for the engineering team unique to their project and the government sectors involved in permitting the mine.
IMO, BOE probably will have to satisfy these requirements as well prior to restarting the Honeymoon mine.
It's been stated a minimum of 4 months to process a PEPR, in the case of RNUs Sivior mine it's still in the process since September 2021.
