Agreed... and so the Primary end point appears to be THE be all and end all.
Do you agree that had MSB changed their primary end point to 3 point MACE pre trial, and run the same trial with the same results, and the hypothesis they now have, that the FDA would approve?
Apparently I keep hearing the MOA does not even need to be precisely understood, so a 50% reduction in heart attacks and stroke among the 500 person 5 year study... should have been enough?
