EMR now has a controlling interest. We don't know if they've actually acted on that ability, i.e. have they started to take control. If they have then EMR will know exactly who if any have gone with the Xinhe offer. I suspect very few. Its neither in EMR's nor Bullzeyes interest to announce that %, unless of course it is zero.
