if opex costs continue to be managed and with the additional production plus +ve cash flow this year, we should see this stock climb steadily. Sorting out regulatory issues with SA gov't is the only stumbling block left..
mngt need to stay focussed, IMO, MLI will be back over 10c by mid year.
